Debra Ford, owner of Ford and Company, a strategic marketing agency, is an award-winning marketing and public relations professional with a 20-year track record. She has developed corporate communications and marketing strategies for a wide range of businesses including: tourism attractions, real estate ventures, technology start-ups and government entities. Her passion is marketing--the process of brand development and solving problems.

Debra has created and successfully directed a diverse range of in-house marketing agencies, as well as her own firms. She excels in developing strategic direction for consumer driven products and companies. Her wide range of skill sets includes media relations on the local, regional and national level; promotions; special events; media planning and negotiation; broadcast and print production and website development and marketing. Debra has traveled extensively for various campaign launches, including international trips to Russia, China and Turkey to produce news specials.

She credits her days at Six Flags for her ability to execute marketing programs which generate results. "Back then, Six Flags had its eye on Disney and we all lived and breathed the product--improving the experience for the customer. Creating a memorable experience has driven me most of my career.
